Duty and Agreement - Partner

Please check after you read the statement & understand

The duty of Arovis Travel's partner is as follows:

  • Responsible for contacting each prospect and customer who has registered.
  • Managing the necessary important documentation requirements from customers.
  • Providing complete and accurate data such as name, phone number, and so on.
  • Ensuring customers fill out the registration form during registration and make a deposit payment. Partners can fill out the form on their behalf if necessary.
  • Must ensure customers comply with the final payment deadline that has been set.
  • Documents that must adhere to the deadline and require follow-up by partners include the following:
    • Filling out the customer registration form
    • Deposit payment
    • Full payment (to be made 60 days before the flight date)
    • Customer passports that meet the requirements 
    • Two (2) passport-sized photos
    • Copy of the customer's Identity Card
    • Copy of the vaccination booklet (if required)
    • Other necessary documents
    • Gathering customer feedback regarding the package after they return to their home country.

Children

Strictly for children under 7 years old. No bed allocation is provided; only a seat for transportation is included, such as for flights, buses, or vans. 1 adult can accompany a maximum of two children under 7 years old. Children older than 7 years are required to have both a seat and a bed, and will be charged as per adult rates.
Infant

Strictly for infants under 2 years old, with no bed or seat allocation. 1 adult can accompany a maximum of 1 infant under 2 years old. A baby bassinet can be requested for flights depending on the airline, and the cost generally covers flight tax.
